1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, subscribing to TYDZA, accessing the platform or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use TYDZA on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The TYDZA service
TYDZA provides software that helps service businesses publish availability, accept customer bookings, manage appointments, organise services and staff, and communicate appointment-related information to customers.
TYDZA provides the technology used to facilitate these activities. The business offering the underlying service remains responsible for its services, pricing, staff, availability, customers and fulfilment of appointments.
Features may be changed, improved, replaced or added as the platform develops.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining a TYDZA account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account, except where such activity results from a failure for which TYDZA is legally responsible.
You must notify TYDZA if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
4. Free trial
Eligible new accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless otherwise stated when the trial begins, no payment card is required to start the trial.
When the trial ends, continued access to paid TYDZA features requires an active subscription.
5. Subscription and billing
TYDZA Standard is offered at the price displayed when you subscribe, currently R299 per month. Paid subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. TYDZA does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details when payments are processed by those providers.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. Where reasonably required, existing subscribers will be informed before a new price applies to a future billing period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an active recurring subscription through the cancellation functionality provided by TYDZA where available. Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.
Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun or been paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law or TYDZA expressly agrees otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use TYDZA unlawfully, fraudulently or in a manner that harms TYDZA, its users, customers or third parties.
This includes attempting unauthorised access, impersonating another person or business, interfering with the operation or security of the service, distributing malicious software, abusing messaging functionality, sending unlawful or unsolicited communications, or processing personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
8. Customer and booking information
Businesses using TYDZA may receive and manage information supplied by customers when making appointments. This may include information such as a customer's name, phone number, selected service, appointment date, appointment time and other information reasonably necessary to manage a booking.
Businesses are responsible for using customer information lawfully and only for legitimate purposes connected with operating their business, providing requested services, communicating with customers and managing appointments.
9. Messaging and WhatsApp communications
TYDZA may provide functionality that allows businesses to send appointment-related communications through supported messaging channels, including WhatsApp.
These communications may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellations, rescheduling information, service updates and customer-support messages.
Businesses using messaging functionality are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis to contact customers and for complying with applicable privacy, communications and anti-spam laws.
Use of WhatsApp messaging functionality is also subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp platform rules, policies and technical requirements.
10. Third-party services
TYDZA may rely on third-party service providers for infrastructure, database services, authentication, payments, email delivery, messaging, analytics and other functionality.
These providers may include services such as Supabase, Paystack, Resend, Meta and WhatsApp, as well as other providers introduced as TYDZA develops.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements and technical limitations. TYDZA is not responsible for failures of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Privacy and data protection
TYDZA processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Businesses using TYDZA are responsible for ensuring that their own collection and use of customer information complies with applicable law, including obtaining any notices, permissions or consent required for their activities.
Read the Privacy Policy12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TYDZA reliable and available, but uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation cannot be guaranteed.
We may perform maintenance, correct technical problems, improve the platform, change functionality or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.
13. Intellectual property
TYDZA and its software, branding, interface, designs and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use TYDZA while you are authorised to access the service. They do not transfer ownership of TYDZA's intellectual property.

You retain responsibility for information and content that you enter, upload or otherwise provide through TYDZA.
You grant TYDZA the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that information for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

This may include losses resulting from missed appointments, inaccurate information supplied by users, actions of customers or businesses, internet or third-party service outages, or information entered incorrectly into the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Suspension and termination
TYDZA may suspend or terminate access where an account materially breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, abuses the platform or its messaging functionality, or where suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect TYDZA, its users or third parties.
Users may stop using TYDZA at any time, subject to any existing subscription, billing and cancellation obligations.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as TYDZA develops or where changes are necessary for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons.
Material changes will take effect as required by applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
